Recreational Program Details:

We are excited to roll out our new recreational lacrosse program this fall! This offering is open to all players, no prior experience or tryout is required to participate. Our aim is to teach the fundamentals of the sport: passing, catching, shooting, ground balls, dodging, defending, spacial awareness, etc. while having the opportunity to try different positions, techniques and approaches to the game.
