The Mission is to create U9, U11, U13, U15, and High School (U17/U19) teams for local boys (U17/U19) through our part program Hooville Lacrosse (www.hoovillelax.com) to experience and participate in a competitive lacrosse environment as preparation for participation in future competitive lacrosse programs such as advanced travel programs, high school programs, college programs, and post-collegiate programs.

Our Philosophy is to make this a fun/family/teammate oriented experience. Tournaments will be selected based on proximity to Charlottesville, USL rules/guideline adherence, and comparable skill level of other clubs. We will work to keep the cost reasonable, by selecting tournaments within close proximity (3 hours or less) to Charlottesville, early-bird discount tournament registration, and advance discounted bulk rate hotel rooms.

Tryouts - Typically in later September - offer 2 evaluation session to grade players on a variety of skills to determine team rosters for the season. Rosters are finalized in early October.

Practices - TBD

Tournaments - Board selects tournaments (2-3) that will provide a fun and competitive environment for the players

Fee - Costs are determined by tournament entry fees and hard costs (uniforms, balls, field costs, coach hotels) associated with fielding teams
